Keanna has been sponsored by the Rheumatology Department at the Moncton City Hospital. This sponsorship will go towards the cost of Keanna's care while at our shelter. Merry Christmas to everyone in Rheumatology and thank you for your support.

Temperament Test: Orange

Keanna was brought to the shelter as a stray. Keanna has been a bit independent at the shelter. She allows petting from people she knows but takes awhile to warm up to new people. Keanna has exhibited a lot of barrier aggression at the shelter. This can translate into reactiveness at home - along fences, at the door or on a leash. Her new family really needs to be prepared to work on this issue. Keanna seems to play politely with toys without becoming overly rough and rambunctious. Choosing to quietly lay by you with her toy. She settles very nicely at the end of playtime. Due to her stranger issues Keanna is looking for an adult home or a home with young adult children. She would like a home with no cats and would need to meet any other dogs prior to adoption.
